Our focus is going to be on the Constitution, and your rights and
responsibilities as a citizen.
I hope we have some great discussions during our classtimes together, and that you walk away with a better understanding of how our country works. Being an informed citizen is so important these days; it enables you to participate in government to the fullest extent.
Calendar! Items are DUE on date listed. Each day that reading is listed, there will be 3 questions from that day's reading that will also be assigned. These will be checked upon entry into class. Have your reading and questions completed before coming into the room!!!!

Tues, March 10th: 15 & 17-- We will read these together in class on Tuesday. No prep required.
Thurs, March 12th: 16
Fri, March 13th: 18 & 19
Tues, March 17th: 1st Supreme Court worksheet, Lesson 20
Tues, 3/31: Unit 3 test, lessons 15 - 20.
You should be working on current events and Supreme Court case worksheets!!! See Gradelink for hard due dates on those.
Supreme Court Worksheets due:
3/17, 4/23, 5/22. OR, have prepared for when the case is mentioned in class and hand it in early. Extra credit.

Haven't investigated this website enough yet to know what I feel about it, but it is definitely interesting. CitizenU
